Earlier in December, Pechersk School International celebrated the inaugural International Winter Festival, marking a historic day in the school’s history as the first event since the reopening of the school campus in August 2023 in Kyiv.

Driven entirely by parents, this event was truly something special!

Our families set up tables that showcased different cultures with culinary delights from Brazil, Czechia, France, Israel, Italy, Asia–Pacific, Spain, the United Kingdom, the USA, and Ukraine. The festival aimed to celebrate diversity with delicious food and drinks from around the world, a festive Christmas market, and music that brought smiles to everyone’s faces. Kids had a blast playing fun games, and there were cool classes where creativity could shine, getting everyone into the holiday spirit.

The International Winter Festival wasn’t just an event; it was a big, joyous celebration where our school ‘rodyna’ (family) came together to create wonderful memories.
