As we prepare for CEESA 2025 in Split, Croatia, we’re excited to spotlight two dynamic leaders in education: Tricia Friedman and Kathleen Naglee. Together, they bring a forward-thinking perspective on AI, identity, and the evolving role of educators in a rapidly changing world.

Meet the Speakers

🔹 Tricia Friedman (she/her) is a lifelong educator and the Director of Learning and Strategy with Shifting Schools. She has worked across the US, China, Thailand, Morocco, Ukraine, Indonesia, Switzerland, and Singapore and is the founder of Allyed.org. Tricia is also a passionate podcaster, hosting Be a Better Ally, Unhinged Collaboration, and Shifting Schools—where you might even hear her dog share some thoughts!

🔹 Kathleen Naglee is a visionary school leader, keynote speaker, and consultant, deeply engaged in exploring the intersection of AI, identity, and future-focused learning. She is passionate about fostering interdisciplinary and innovative approaches to AI literacy and education.
