This conference has two kinds of Call for Workshop-forms:

Workshop presentations on Friday March 18 or Saturday March 19
15-20 slots available
60-minutes or 90-minutes slots
€ 75 discount for CEESA’s teacher presenters, which has to be shared if presenter has a co-presenter
Deadline: Monday November 2, 2015

This Un-Conference day takes place on Thursday March 17
Available for 60-80 participants
Participants need to prepare a 2-minutes, 20-minutes and 60-minutes presentation
CEESA will cover the one day Pre-Conference fee
Participants pay for their own transportation, hotel expenses and the main conference registration fee and expenses
Deadline: Monday November 2, 2015

Cancellations prior to one month before the conference date will be refunded in full, minus a 25% administration fee.
Those who cancel within one month of the conference will not receive a refund and will be billed accordingly. The full registration price will be expected for these late cancellations except for those caused by illness or major family emergencies.
The registration fee owed/paid for a participant who must cancel can be transferred to a new unregistered person at no cost.
A written request of refund should be submitted to the Executive Director of CEESA.

When sponsoring

Your name and logo/logo will be prominently displayed at the conference and on the conference website.
Those sponsoring speakers will be acknowledged at the conference’s introductory remarks.
Sponsored events will be acknowledged at the events.Priority will be given to sponsors for location in the exhibit hall.
